My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was less than ideal due to numerous stains on the carpet and torn curtains, but the second room we were moved to was in better condition. The location, while close to attractions, posed some noise issues. The service was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, and the dining experience was pleasant with a good variety of breakfast items. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were great, warm, and the decor was very tasteful. The beds were so comfortable and much needed after a 9-hour drive in traffic. However, the cleanliness of the room may have been satisfactory but it didn't feel completely clean, possibly due to its dated appearance. The service was helpful, with staff like William at check-in, Lisa's warm smile at check-out, and Jane who ensured the breakfast area was well-stocked and clean. The location was good, not far from the elevator, but there were some conflicts around the breakfast area. The dining experience, although frustratingly long, eventually led to very clean, well-organized spaces with a good breakfast selection. Unfortunately, the rates were an issue on our recent stay, bringing down the overall rating of the hotel.
I arrived very early, and to my surprise, the room was already clean and fresh. The rooms were a good size, with clean and comfortable beds, though they might benefit from a more modern look. The service was exceptional, especially when they managed to find us a room after a reservation mix-up. The staff, from William at check-in to Lisa's warm smile at checkout and Jane's help with breakfast, were all delightful. The location, while convenient, did have some issues on my recent stay, but it was easy to find right off the highway. The dining experience didn't quite meet expectations, with a lackluster breakfast offering. The facilities were well maintained and provided everything I needed. Overall, a good option for those looking for value and friendly service.
